These Terms of Use apply to the DriverSync application provided by STAKeM Systems. By using DriverSync, you agree to use it lawfully and only for authorised site and operational purposes.
1. Supported sites
DriverSync is designed for use with compatible participating sites and terminals. Functions vary by site. STAKeM does not guarantee that every site, terminal or workflow will support DriverSync.
2. Authorised use
You must use DriverSync only for transactions and sites you are authorised to access. You must not attempt to bypass site rules, access another user’s session, interfere with a terminal, falsify driver/vehicle information, or use the app in a way that disrupts operations.
3. Driver responsibility and safety
Do not operate DriverSync in a way that distracts you while driving or conflicts with road rules, site rules or safe vehicle operation. Complete app interactions only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
4. Account security
Where DriverSync uses an account, you are responsible for protecting your device and account access. Notify STAKeM support if you believe your account or session has been accessed without permission.
5. Operational information
You are responsible for checking information before confirming a transaction. If weight, site, vehicle, product, customer or other operational information appears incorrect, stop and contact the site operator rather than confirming the transaction.
6. Availability
DriverSync may be unavailable due to maintenance, mobile connectivity, site systems, hardware faults or events outside STAKeM’s reasonable control. Participating sites may provide alternative processes when DriverSync is unavailable.
7. Intellectual property
DriverSync, STAKeM software, branding, interfaces and associated materials are owned by or licensed to STAKeM Systems. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.
8. Privacy
Personal and device information is handled as described in the DriverSync Privacy Policy. Account and data deletion requests can be made through the DriverSync deletion page.
9. Changes
STAKeM may update DriverSync or these Terms as the service, security requirements or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page or through another appropriate notice.
